A structured training session was delivered to all staff members, covering essential electrical safety principles. Key topics included:

1. Understanding the severe consequences of electrical accidents.

3. Prohibiting unsafe practices, including unauthorized electrical work or operating equipment with wet hands.
4. Emphasizing Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures during equipment maintenance.
5. Encouraging immediate reporting of potential hazards, reinforcing that "every employee is a safety officer."
6. Requiring certified qualifications for personnel performing electrical work.
7. Outlining emergency procedures for electrical fires, including power shutdown and proper use of CO₂ fire extinguishers.

The training underscored that electrical safety is a shared responsibility, empowering every team member to act as a vital part of the company’s safety defense line.

Following the training, a dedicated task force from HR/Admin and Engineering departments performed a detailed inspection across all production and office areas. The inspection focused on:

• Condition of wiring inside distribution cabinets and meter boxes.
• Clearance around electrical panels and proper storage.
• Identification of any unauthorized or non-compliant electrical device usage.
• Signs of wear or aging in workshop circuits and sockets.

All identified issues were documented and are being addressed through a systematic "Corrective Action-Verification-Close-out" process to ensure complete resolution.
