So how to avoid damage to the parts during placing and transportation? Our QA department has formulated clear instructions for the packaging standard of transparent parts. 1. Packaging norms in the production process After injection molding and production, the transparent plastic parts cannot be stacked and placed bare. The parts must be separated from each other by materials, so as to avoid the damage of semi-finished products caused by untimely packaging and assembling. 2. Norms for the transport carts No damage to the work cart, with protective blankets, and no damage to the protective sleeves, damaged work carts are not allowed to be stocked. The material control department is in charge of repairing and supervising the damaged carts. 3.
