Our Capabilities

We operate 202 precision stamping presses (45-630T) from global leaders including AIDA, SEYI, YANGLI and WORLD GROUP. Capable of processing 5-6mm thick materials for home appliances and up to 8mm+ thick automotive components. Featuring 12 fully automated robotic stamping lines and 6 intelligent roll forming lines for high-volume complex part production.

Metal fabrication transforms sheet metal into custom parts through cutting, forming, and assembly processes, widely used in enclosures, brackets, and structural.

Metal Blanking:

Initial process cutting predefined blanks from coils/sheets with 85-95% material efficiency. Produces smooth edges (Ra≤3.2μm) for deep drawing processes.

Metal Punching:

Creating precise holes (±0.1mm tolerance) in sheet metal using punching dies. Processes round/square/custom holes for electronics chassis vents and mounting points

Cold-forming process using dies to cut, bend or draw sheet metal (0.5-8mm) at 800-2000 strokes/hour. Core process for appliance parts mass production.

Metal Roll Forming:
