With the end of Chinese New Year holiday, all the staff of Ocean Century returned to work with full enthusiasm. The company held a special opening ceremony to summarize the results of the pre-holiday campaign, recognize the advanced pioneers of the year 2024. With the core concept of “innovation-driven, smart manufacturing”, the company is blowing the horn of high-quality development.


At the starting ceremony, the company honored 28 employees and 6 teams for their outstanding performance in 2024. Looking ahead to 2025, the CEO put forward three strategic directions in her speech: first, deepen the intelligent transformation, and plan to invest 10 million yuan to upgrade the high-precision injection molding machine and automated sheet metal production line; second, expand overseas markets, and set up a special R&D team to address the customized needs of the industry; third, implement the “Customer Value Doubling Plan”, and help partners reduce costs and increase efficiency through the establishment of a full-cycle service system.


At the end of the ceremony, all Ocean century staff called out the slogan of “Seeking high quality development”, and the production workshop restarted its operation with the sound of rumbling machinery.
